A TERRIFIED GIRL....CRIES FOR HELP

14 Yrs. old female child with her parent came for consultation for below detailed complaint.
1. Tendency to catch cold, constant coryza, sneezing and breathlessness.
2. Depressed mood, talks of illness, crying, extreme fear and suicidal talk since two years.

Physical General :-
Thermal state - Chilly, Fasting <3, Strong smell <2 Headache Rest is within normal limits/Milestones were normal.

Life Space :-
She comes from very rich family having business of Gold Refinery. Her early childhood was happy-go-lucky. She is quite affectionate child. She misses her mother during her absence very much. She used to write artistic letter and Poetry to her mother. She loves to paint and her paintings were pretty good.
There were tragic incidents around her which made significant impact on her tender psyche.

1. It was the time when pt. and her mother were returning from Mumbai by train. The journey terminated abruptly at Viramgam due to technical reason. The child was terrified because of extreme bad weather, heavy rainfall and non availability of further help. Ultimately they were able to communicate at home with the help of a kind fellow. They came back and the child fall sick suffering from fever.
2. Immediately after two days an aged neighbour passed away without any apparent illness.
3. Soon after another neighbour lady died unnaturally in the bathroom accidently her head stuck-up in the bucket and chocked herself to death.

After this successive tragic events she suffered from clinical depression in which she manifested the following expression at the level of mind.

Constantly talking of illness, with crying, talks of suicide, always asking about the diseases, fear of going alone in room, fear of dark, being alone intensified, on consulting any Doctor constantly inquired about the fate of disease and chances of recovery, followed by crying and suicidal thoughts. She was always concerned about the difficulties faced by relatives because of her uncontrolled -ve thoughts. She also felt guilty about it. Even during that period of depression she was a brilliant student. She also had a fear of accident while travelling. Persistent feature of this depression is 'Constant questioning related to her complaints. Psychiatrist was consulted and under the antidepressant treatment for the same for two years didn't help much. Still the questioning for any minute symptoms persisted. If satisfied by answer, she get relaxed for a while and again the same complaints restarts.

She also has examination funk. She feels competitive in the exams. If rank goes down, she feels guilty as if done tremendous wrong. She is having attention seeking trait also. Patient is affected by even a little bit conflict between parents. At a very younger she used to ask her mother, if they got divorced, what will happen ?
