Dear Friends,

Absolutely true in sense of HMAI –Gujarat State Branch, we have been working together since more then 10 years. We together are able to create friendly environment in our fraternity.

Our working at local level had been appreciated by seniors, colleagues and principle oriented Homoeopaths from all over state. It was founded in early seventies by respected Dr. R. K. Desai and he was helped, stimulated and inspirated from time to time by the steping stones in this noble cause by respected Dr. Bhasker Bhatt (A'bad), Dr. Markand Bhatt, Dr. Dhimant Yagnik, Dr. Keyur Majmundar, Dr. Tu Dr. P. T. Patel, Dr. Axay Banker, Dr. Neerav Shah, Dr. Saunil Malvania, Dr. Pinakin Trivedi, Dr. Yogesh Punjabi, Dr. Ketan Shah, Dr. Jyotish Thakker, Dr. Ratan Patel, Dr. J. J. Patel, Dr. Piyush Joshi, Dr. Naginbhai Shah, and so many others. They have inspired the fraternity to nourish the seeds of brotherhood and fraternal attitude amongst our brethrens to create the environment of : Unity, Research and Charity in the field of Homoeopathy.

We have marched with one vision of creating one undisputed platform for every school of thought in Homoeopathy, individual Homoeopath, irrespective of his mode of practice. But we must be scientific and genuine in our effort of relieve the sufferings of mankind. In accordance, we must carryout the programs like CME,Scientific Seminars,and Symposiums etc. Keeping in the mind individuality not only in pt. but in physicians also. Accepting this phenomena and in real sense our travel towards unprejudiced journey to find the truth and ways for above said goal, as Hahnemann stated in apho. 2 and 6.

When we started the journey we were few and only 5 units in the state branch started. Now we have crossed the 1500+ members and our presence is across Gujarat , in more then 12 districts.

Major Activities:

1) HOMOEOVISION – In house official journal of HMAI Guj. State Branch, having circulation of more then 1500+ copies. Giving platform to upcoming Homoeopaths. Biggest platform for Sharing, Communicating & publishing latest in the fields for Homoeopaths across Gujarat .

2) Social Security Scheme – Giving benefits to the members of HMAI Gujarat State Br. It darkens the fraternal attitude amongst our brethrens.

3) Carried out National Homoeopathic Seminars at Ahmedabad in 1991 & Baroda in 2002.

4) Carried out State Homoeopathic Seminars at the different cities of Gujarat .

5) Regularly organizing Residential workshop of International repute speakers. Some of the speakers are Dr. Prafull Vijaykar, Dr. S. K. Benerjea and Ms. Janet Robinson of London , Dr. Sanjay & Yogesh Sehgal of Delhi . Dr. R. P. Patel

6) Actively helped in rehabilitating Homoeopathic clinics of the Kutchchh Earth Quake Victim Homoeopaths.

7) Run free Homoeopathic Clinics In the different cities of Gujarat for Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with generous help from Syntex International - Heal Well Division.

8) Every unit of the state branch is organizing CME’s & Seminars at regular interval with eminent Homoeopaths across country & State. Also giving platform to up coming teachers of Homoeopathy.

I would like to conclude herewith the promise in the words of Robert Frost
